Third-party products
Hardware and software supplied as part of a project remain subject to their manufacturer or vendor warranty and licence terms.
Limitation of liability
Bakartech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Project liability is governed by the specific agreement for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
